Easiest your experience ever! Scanned tickets for entry on transportation, everything was timely and efficient. Enjoyed friendly face at the Top of Innsbruck cafe as well.
The tickets worked perfectly and the whole process was very smooth. The cable car and funicular were very fun! And the views at the top are exceptional! Definitely worth a visit!
Fantastic experience! Be sure to hike up to the tiptop after the third cable car (if physically able), because the views are phenomenal!! I didn't have time to enjoy any of the restaurants and such, but would have loved to do so.
Tickets were easy to purchase online. We did the Happy Hour (early). All components of our trip to Hafekelar and back were great. Be prepared to scan your ticket at each station in both directions. We did the 8 mile hike to Pfeishutte and back, which was great with varied terrain. Loved seeing sheep and cows grazing. Did not see any ibex, but saw a lot of their pellets.
It was really well organised, even though the directions from ticket office and instructions were a little unclear. But the views are fabulous and so worth it. Love.
The online ticket can be used immediately at the gate, which is very nice. The view on the top is amazing and beautiful.
Fantastic views, nice infrastructure. Yet 1) didn't quite get the concept of announcing last canine with quite a lot people staying behind (how would they leave the mountain? If they are with kids? Guidance is missing), 2) bought online tickets didn't work (system didn't find them) which jeopardised our journey (we started in the evening), 3) pricy for a family visit.
Booking tickets where really easy to book and pay for, details sent through straight away. The cable car experience is fantastic and great value for money, the ease of moving around and getting from one car to another is done really well, we had trouble getting on line to show our tickets, but this was sorted by one of the staff. The views are absolutely fantastic and each time you move your head there is a different image. Great day out
It was great! It is really an unmissable experience to go all the way up. It is super organised. The tickets worked perfectly both in paper and as a picture in my phone, I mostly used the phone one so there is no need to print really, just go straight to the entrance, scan the qr code and go in. There is no need to talk to an operator or get other tickets.
Well-presented animals. They seem to have sufficient space and are well cared for (compared to other zoos, but I'm no expert). For children it's very interactive, and for adults there's a lot to learn too. The layout of the tour means you never get bored ("IKEA" style). We did the tour in about 2 hours (3 adults from 15 to 17).

I won't do it again. Everything I don't like about a zoo. Difficulty scanning the qr code at the entrance via cell phone. Clean place but not well signposted in the park to make the walk easier. Small animal enclosures. No terrace for drinks or food. Nothing in French.

This trip is definitely worth doing! We did the full experience up to the top of Innsbruck and it did not disappoint. At every stage there is somewhere to eat and drink with breathtaking views across the town and beyond. The experience is easy to find and well organised, with carts every 15 minutes. Would highly recommended!
The zoo is wonderful with large, natural animal enclosures. We especially enjoyed the large aviaries where we could walk inside among the birds.
Great experience, Ordered tickets on-line was easy. Walked to Congress center to board the tram, then nice ride to the top with great views of Innsbruck. Loved it.
The view was great, weather was beautiful, and I would do it again. But the 3rd part of the ride, 2nd cable car, was closed with zero explanation. So we never hot to the "top".
Easy to book for a start. Trip to the top of the mountain amazing. Restaurant available at the top. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
Easy to use. Clear instruction. Informative..
Super easy and comfortable, fantastic view from the top.

Very friendly staff in the terminals and on the trains. App works perfectly, including additional WhatsApp.

This totally random choice to go became one of the hilight of the trip. You can feel the moutains and the hights.
Het uitzicht was prachtig, de bergen indrukwekkend.
Bears, lynxes, wolves and the many bird species. Cow and petting zoo

We loved the vibe at the top of the mountain. We didn't go skiing but enjoyed it all the same. The zoo was great too

The explanation of the activity is very clear for a tourist . Parking for €4 in congress building (show ticket and pay immediately at entrance nordkette) . Pay attention if you have a roof box. Up to 2.10 ! With us it was only just possible. We had combi ticket Alpenzoo / hungerburg. Once we had done that we wanted to go higher and at the last station we bought extra tickets to go to the top. Tip: watch the weather / clouds. For us at the top it was too cold / too wet and no visibility through clouds. 1 station lower n beautiful walk among the mountain goats and delicious lunch . Alpenzoo was fun to visit . Successful day (pricey).

The valley station of the Hungerburgbahn was poorly signposted. However, the ride on the cable car was very nice. We visited the zoo, which is really worth a visit

We didn't feel the need to go all the way up so this was a super simple, streamlined experience to see both the zoo and have lunch with a view.
Very nice, pre-Christmas ambience with a great view of Innsbruck

Unbelievable installations combined with musik and light left a very magical impression after the visit. So creative and beautiful that one can't leave without a deep feeling of satisfaction! The only disappointment was that I wanted more:) outdoor area has various selection of the kids activities also with a touch of taste- one can really plan few hours in a good weather there! Entrance without any hassle and cues as well as free and spacious parking rounded our incredible experience of that day!! It's must have for those travelling across Austria

Weiter so!!!
A worthwhile visit with interesting insights and unusual exhibits. The outdoor area is also worth seeing.
